The Way It All Began

     Before the Pandemic, I spread smiles through a Flower Business I ran called Second Bloom - a non-profit organization that brought unsold flowers to nursing homes and hospitals in the Boston area. No longer running that business, spreading smiles has been something I've wanted to get back to sharing,

     And when in a dark and depressed state, I realized what a difference it would make in that moment to be reminded that I, like all of us, am loved and deserve that love. And by turning towards that message within myself I realized I wasn’t the only one that needed to get this message, and The LoveCard Book was born.

      After all, not EVERYTHING that’s highly contagious is bad for you - love, patience, kindness, and enthusiasm are all things that are HIGHLY contagious, and everyone can spread!”

     I've enjoyed playing violin around the world and sharing flowers with Second Bloom closer to home, but both of these wonderful experiences you can't tangibly keep and continue to pass on.  The Love Card Book Project is an effort to make that joy something that can allow you to keep sharing smiles over and over again.
